General Products:
Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on the website.
Return will be processed only if:

  1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    3.the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  5. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  6. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
  7. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
  8. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds and customers will have to contact customer service within 5 business days from delivery date or estimated delivery date to claim refunds.
  9. In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Intelicanvas Digital Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
    Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product.
    Note: All product categories are non-returnable for International Customers for Export Orders.
    Artist Cancellation/Refund:
    Consumers must immediately notify Khwahish at customercare@khwahish.live of any changes to a booking, including cancellations. Before notifying the artist, a client must notify Khwahish via email, WhatsApp, phone call, or any other official channel if they must cancel. Notifying an artist is not a legal form of cancellation. All communications pertaining to cancellations must go through Khwahish. All cancellations are subject to the Khwahish Cancellation Policy. Consumers will receive any refund funds within 7 business days. If an artist uses their own contract rather than the one given by Khwahish, the Khwahish Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy shall govern.
    Cancellation of Booking and Refunds:
    The Booking can be cancelled by either the Artist or the Customer.
  10. Cancellation by Artist:
    In the event the Artist cancels the Booking, a) the entire Fee will be refunded to You by Company within 7 days From from the date of the approval from the Company’s confirmation of the booking be cancelled.
    2.Cancellation by Customer:
    2.1 You are allowed to cancel your Booking for any reason whatsoever.
    2.2 For the purpose of cancellation you will be required to send an email to customercare@khwahish.live along with your Booking reference number, Event Date, Artist Name and Total amount paid.
    2.3 The Company shall acknowledge the request through its concerned team.
    2.4 For the purpose of cancellation you will be charged a penalty and refunded the remaining Fees.
  11. Company shall notify you through an e-mail of the total amount refundable to You, the mode of payment and the likely date by which You can expect the refund.
  12. All cancellations will be processed manually, and not via any payment gateway. Additionally, all refunds will be sent to You vide a cheque at the address as provided in your government authorized identity card as submitted at the time of verification in Clause 2.4 above.
    Tickets & Bookings:
    Please review your event and seat selection carefully before making your purchase, as all sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances mentioned in T&C section of that particular event detail page, and the Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events section above. Unfortunately, policies set forth by Event Organizers typically prevent us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Therefore, please note that tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.
    In the event that your event is eligible for refunds and we have received funds from the Event Organizer, we will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid (or, for a discounted ticket, the discounted ticket price paid), any service fees, and any additional add-ons or upgrades (such as parking). Please note that Internet handling fee, convenience fee, Tax on providing that service, expedited shipping charges, merchandise purchases, Fan Club membership fees, or any other amounts will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card, including for refund requests made through the self-service option. If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account. The Payment gateway charges and Internet Handling Fee are non-refundable and are at the discretion of Khwahish.
    Please be aware that seating maps are representative of a venue’s layout, but they are subject to change at any time. Refunds are not allowed if the seating map is updated, if additional seats/rows are added, or if seats change due to a venue change after purchase.
    We may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date, and Khwahish will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. Additionally, please note that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads or hotel/festival packages.
